注意：SMTP设置推荐为
- Sever Name: smtp.163.com
- Port: 25
- Connection security: None
- Authentication method: Password, transmitted insecurely
- User Name: xxxxxx@163.com
经过本人实践检验，上面的设置可以接收和发送邮件。而SMTP使用其他设置时就没法发邮件了。
